Bombardier automated transit systems
We have supplied Bombardier with tire pressure monitoring sensors and receivers for the Taipei Muzha line installation, working closely with the Bombardier Pittsburgh facility from initial trials through to production-approved parts, as well as the TMS currently being employed on the automated people mover system at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
Test Laboratories
TMS may be used as an accurate, high resolution wireless pressure gauge. As such is used in test laboratories of major tire manufacturers and other industrial applications were accurate pressure monitoring is required.
Sattel is a market leader in heavy vehicle telemetry systems for marine
container terminals. Our clients, who have considerable tire expense
for their mobile container handler fleets, turned to Sattel for a tire
management solution. After reviewing available systems on the market,
we chose the TMS solution. The components were easily adapted to
container handlers and robust enough to take the brutal environment
they work in. The TMS system has proven cost effective and reliable.
