Internal Sensor Kit
You use the Internal Sensor Kit where it is important to monitor the tire temperature and pressure as accurately as possible.
The standard TMS® Internal Kit includes everything you need for a 6?wheel configuration.
This includes:
- Six Internal Sensors with patch kits
- Cables
- Connectors and mounting parts
- Quick Start Guide
The standard Internal Sensor kit includes the Operator Interface (Display).
However, when the TMS® system links directly back to the Fleet Management Software, this Display is not a requirement.
In these cases, we can easily change the kit to leave out the Display and its cables.
Internal Sensor Kit Application
A site that is using the TMS® product for the first time will also need a separate Sensor Reader (TMS28). This is essential for setup and diagnostic purposes.
Sensor Readers are not necessary for each vehicle in your whole fleet. As such they do not come as part of the standard kit. This is because they are not part of the vehicle installation.
We have supplied our TPMS for installation on a vast range of industrial and Off-the-Road (OTR) vehicles. Our system works on tires from all major vehicle manufacturers such as:
- Caterpillar
- Komatsu
- Hitachi
- Bell
- Volvo
- Sandvik
- Belaz
- Liebherr
If you specify the Make and Model of your vehicle, we can create a specific kit for that vehicle.
As independent manufacturers, we can supply tire pressure monitoring systems for any make and size of tire. This includes all the popular makes such as Bridgestone, Michelin and Goodyear.
