TMS-Remote
The TMS-Remote system is a comprehensive and independent TPMS remote monitoring portal designed to connect to our own TPMS hardware. It provides remote monitoring of complete fleets of vehicles. The system will display all aspects of each vehicle, including tire pressure, tire temperature and GPS location.

Either internal sensors or external sensors take regular pressure and temperature readings from each tire. The data is then transmitted to the server and stored within TMS-Remote. Users can configure the system to provide Warnings and Alarms if any of the tire pressure or temperature go outside of set parameters.
The standalone TMS® system indicates abnormal tire parameters to the operator and logs and time stamps this data. With the addition of TMS-Remote, this information is available remotely, to Fleet Managers for example, as it happens. Vehicle location and tire data is available in real time through the local cellular network, with vehicle location being provided through GPS. If a vehicle goes out of range for a period, the data is logged and time-stamped and transmitted once the cellular signal is available again.
This means the fleet manager can have a simple overview of all the tire pressures and temperatures on every wheel on every vehicle across the whole fleet anywhere in the world.
TMS-Remote is a web-based application. As such no software installation is necessary. You can use it on any internet-enabled computer or Android Smartphone.
Data security is a high priority – as TMS® is completely independent of any manufacturer, data belongs to you and is not available to anyone else for any other purposes.
The design of all the screens on the informative web interface is user-friendly and provides the critical information at a glance. Additionally displaying full data and diagnostics when required. The following are the main screens available:
TMS-Remote Fleet Overview – Fleet Status
From a single screen, you can see all wheels on all vehicles in the fleet and instantly see any abnormal events. With a simple colour-coded summary screen, you can see both temperature and pressure issues and when any problems occurred.
TMS-Remote Vehicle Overview – Vehicle Status
When looking into vehicle issues, it is useful to drill down to a particular vehicle to check the full status. Along with the regular tire pressure and temperature information, it shows the signal strength for each sensor. Also when the last transmission arrived.
Charts
Users can get a very deep understanding of the vehicles behaviours using the comprehensive charting system. The charts show pressure, temperature, speed and altitude. They also show how the data correlates over time.
Vehicle Readings
The data from each wheel arrives every minute and is available for further analysis. You can choose to view selected axles or wheels and also filter for just the Warnings and Alarms.
Fleet location and tracking through GPS
When you have a fleet of vehicles located across a wide area, this is an essential screen that gives an overview of the fleet locations, showing each vehicle with its user-defined reference on a Google Map screen. You can also track and replay routes that any particular vehicle has taken.
Diagnostic screens
There are a number of really useful diagnostic screens to help deal with problems, even when remote from the site. These include details on the cellular signal strength during the vehicle’s travel route, signal strength and sensor health across all vehicles and analysis of how sensors are performing.
Alarms and Alarm Settings
Users can setup all the Warnings and Alarms direct from the portal. As such you have complete control over all customisations to perfectly meet your own unique requirements.
